Keep a small plate inside the cooker like a stand. Remove the cooker whistle and gasket from the lid. Close the cooker and preheat the salt for 5 minutes. Place the baking tray with cake batter and close the cooker. Keep the flame very low and bake for 25 minutes. check with a knife and remove.Timings may vary. You can follow the same in an idli pot too. I will try to make a cooker cake post very soon.
