Few years back, I shared the most popular Kerala Paal payasam & Bengali Chaler payesh recipes. But this paal payasam recipe is of Tamil nadu style without using condensed milk(Milk maid). Paal payasam is prepared by the people all over India in various names. In North India,this is called as Chawal kheer/Rice ki kheer. There might be slight variations in the method of preparation. Some people add vermicelli or sago along with rice. However its made,the taste would be awesome and you can enjoy creamy,rich kheer.
