This Keerai thokku recipe is an easy version of Andhra style Palakura Ulli Karam recipe / Palak keerai thokku ( Pasalai keerai thokku in Tamil). Authentic Palakura Ulli Karam calls for roasting and grinding spices whereas this is a simple and quick version with simple ingredients like Onion, Garlic and Red chilli powder. It tastes the best when mixed with plain rice adding ghee. Iam making this Palak Keerai thokku often in my kitchen for lunch box and to make a quick lunch during busy days.

I have already shared Murungai keerai thogayal, Vendhaya keerai thokku and Ponnanganni keerai chutney recipes. But this Palak keerai thokku tastes absolutely different from them. It tastes great when mixed with plain rice adding ghee. Do try this recipe. You will love it for sure.
