Instructions
To make any basic thogayal recipe, roast urad dal, red chilli and hing in 1 tsp of cooking oil.
Add the greens or coconut or any vegetables you are using. Saute well.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Grind everything with required tamarind, salt and water to a thick, smooth or coarse paste as you like.
