- 1 cup Water Adjust from 1/2 to 1 cup
- 1 tsp Thick Tamarind pulp Or soak Gooseberry size
- ¼ cup Raw mango finely chopped, Use baby mango for best taste.
- 2 to 3 tbsp Grated jaggery
- ½ tsp Pepper powder 10 pepper corns
- 1 tbsp Crushed Neem flower I used dried one, fresh is the best
- ¼ tsp Salt
Some people also add ripe banana pieces, coconut bits, few pieces of sugar cane and roasted gram dal / fried chana dal which is optional.
