HOW TO MAKE SOFT CHAPATI
- Mix wheat flour/ atta, curd, oil and salt.
- Add water, knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Make small balls, dust in flour, roll chapathi.
- Cook both sides brushing oil or ghee !
